Does exercise and life have to be mutually exclusive? Is it really something that has to be fit in to your day? How often do people play tennis to get in shape? Should they not get in shape to play tennis?
Sure it never used to be that way. We used to just play, run, skip, ride, ski, skate...you get the picture. Yes we live in a different world now. A world with (in my humble opinion) a messed up world view with messed up priorities. My personal training business is based on helping people re-invent perceptions about what fitness is and what an "exercise program" should look like.
